About the Role

Blossom Speech and Language Therapy TN is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing, family-centered clinic in Lebanon, Tennessee. This role offers exceptional flexibility and the ability to tailor your position to your strengths and interests—whether you prefer direct therapy, SLPA supervision, or a combination of both.

You’ll work in a supportive, low-stress environment where clinicians are trusted, valued, and given autonomy over their schedules and caseloads.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

  • Collaborate with families to support carryover and functional progress

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Adhere to all Tennessee state regulations, HIPAA standards, and clinic policies

  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and team communication

  • Option to supervise SLPAs in accordance with Tennessee Board of Communication Disorders & Sciences regulations (if applicable)

 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Tennessee SLP license, or able to obtain one by hire date

  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic competency with clinical documentation systems and computer technology

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a clinic setting

SLPA - Speech and Language Pathology Assistant

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Blossom Speech & Language Therapy TN is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing clinic in Lebanon, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA seeking a supportive team, flexible work hours, mentorship, and strong work-life balance in an outpatient clinic setting.

 
Position Overview

The SLPA will provide clinic-based speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This role focuses primarily on pediatric speech therapy, with opportunities to grow clinically in a collaborative and low-stress environment.

You will support a caseload of at least 10 clients per week, follow evidence-based treatment plans, assist with documentation, and work closely with families to promote carryover of skills at home.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech therapy services as outlined in treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP

  • Assist with clinical documentation and therapy notes in compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Educate families on home exercises, strategies, and carryover programs

  • Collaborate with supervising SLPs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain ethical, professional, and clinical standards at all times

 
Required Qualifications
  • Active Tennessee SLPA registration (or able to obtain by hire date)

  • Completion of at least 100 hours of supervised fieldwork (or able to complete by hire date)

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with supervising SLP’s

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our front office. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and families, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and professional experience. The Front Office Manager will also oversee essential administrative and financial functions that support our clinicians and help our practice thrive.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage front office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
     

  • Greet and support clients and families, delivering exceptional customer service
     

  • Coordinate scheduling, client intake, and discharge processes
     

  • Manage billing, collections, and account reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
     

  • Maintain organized records and support compliance with healthcare and privacy standards
     

  • Act as a communication bridge between clients, clinicians, and leadership
     

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
     

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office administration, front office management, or related role (healthcare or therapy setting preferred)
     

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
     

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines
     

  • Customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
     

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
     

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
