SMS Consent
We obtain consent before sending text messages. By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Blossom, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages concerning your scheduled services.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving treatment or other services. You may decline or withdraw SMS consent without affecting your access to services.

All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, and consent records will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer SMS consent to third parties or affiliates.
We may disclose mobile information to vendors and service providers—such as telecommunications carriers and messaging-platform providers—that assist us in delivering text messages or operating our services. Such information is disclosed only as reasonably necessary for those providers to perform services on our behalf. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the number of appointments scheduled, appointment changes, and the individual’s communications with Blossom. Individuals will typically receive approximately 1–3 messages per scheduled appointment. Additional messages may be exchanged when necessary to coordinate scheduling or respond to a request.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Blossom is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive one final text confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, no additional messages will be sent unless you provide consent again.
You may also withdraw consent by contacting Blossom directly using the information below. Withdrawal of SMS consent will not affect your access to treatment or other services.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START or contact Blossom to provide consent again.
